Repairs Complaints Resolution Officer
- Hourly Rate: -19.42 per hour PAYE
- Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (12 weeks)

Join a Resident and Climate Change team as a Repairs Complaints Resolution Officer. This role is crucial for managing and resolving complaints related to property services. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Allocate complaints related to property services efficiently and effectively.
- Investigate and respond to complaints at all levels, ensuring thorough and timely resolutions.
- Oversee and respond to Members'' enquiries, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Chair contractor meetings to discuss and resolve complaint issues, fostering collaborative solutions.
- Produce and update reports on complaint trends to help in strategic planning and improvement of services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in handling and resolving complaints within a local authority or housing-based environment.
- Strong investigative skills and the ability to analyse information to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capability to chair meetings and manage multiple tasks.
