Housing Repairs and Maintenance Manager Location: WorcesterSalary: 50,468 per annum + excellent benefitsContract: Permanent, Full TimeThink Recruitment are currently working with a well-established social housing provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Localities Area Manager to lead their responsive repairs and maintenance services across Worcester City.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Repairs Manager, Maintenance Manager, Delivery Manager or Housing Operations professional to join an established organisation and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service.You will lead a team of 14 multi-skilled trades operatives, supported by a Scheduler and Planner, delivering approximately 20,000 repairs each year across around 7,000 properties.The RoleReporting to the Localities Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance services across the Worcester locality.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing a team of multi-skilled trades operatives.Ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Driving performance against agreed KPIs and service standards.Managing team performance through regular 1:1s, coaching and development.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving issues before they escalate.Monitoring budgets, productivity and operational performance.Ensuring ..... full job details .....
