The role will focus on maintaining compliance with the Consumer Standards, embedding regulatory requirements into BAU and ensuring robust self-assessment, assurance and continuous improvement arrangements remain in place. The Role ·Maintain ongoing self-assessment and assurance against the RSH Consumer Standards. ·Support the organisation to demonstrate compliance and deliver regulatory improvement actions. ·Develop a consistent assurance framework to identify gaps, monitor compliance and drive improvement. ·Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for Consumer Standards. ·Horizon scan RSH and Housing Ombudsman reports and implement relevant learning and good practice. ·Deliver Consumer Standards training, guidance and e-learning materials. ·Develop a regulatory toolkit and framework to be embedded into BAU. ·Support housing policy and strategy development, including research, drafting, implementation and performance monitoring. ·Work across housing services and with external partn...
