£21.24 per hour PAYE or £27.84 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35

Our client is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer

Based on demand approximately 50% of time is on district and 50% desk-based (home and office)

The contractor will need to be competent and experienced in all areas of private sector housing regulatory work.

Fully competent private sector housing officer required for full range of housing enforcement work including:

• HHSRS inspections
• HMO inspections
• Knowledge and experience of taking legal action including service of legal notices
• Nuisance 
• Empty property, caravan site licensing and tenancy rights experience desirable
