The team will be central to delivering a fairer and safer private rented sector in Lambeth, acting also as a homelessness prevention tool. The Team Manager will provide strategic leadership, expert technical expertise, and staff management across advice, casework, and enforcement activity relating to the advertising, letting and ending of private rented sector tenancies.
