Homelessness Officer Westminster Contract £30.77 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced is looking for a number of Homelessness Professionals, including Homelessness Officer, Homelessness Reviews Officer all paying £30.77 per hour limited paid via umbrella company. There is also a need for a Homelessness Complaints and Enquiries Officer paying £40 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35. Hybrid (office and home-based working as required) Westminster City Council is seeking a number of experienced Homelessness professionals to support our Housing Services team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality homelessness casework across prevention and relief duties, with particular emphasis on working with families. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, ensuring statutory duties are met in line with homelessness legislation and council policies, and delivering a customer-focused service led by empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. This role is hybrid and will require working across council offices and home working in line with service needs.
