Duties:Assess residents'' housing needs and determine statutory duties under homelessness legislation.Manage a caseload of homeless households, developing solutions to prevent homelessness.Prepare Personal Housing Plans, decisions, and accurate case records.Work with residents, landlords, and partners to secure suitable housing outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 2 years'' experience in Housing Options, Prevention, or Homelessness services.Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and statutory assessment processes.Experience managing complex caseloads and making independent decisions.Proven ability to support vulnerable residents in a fast-paced environment.
