This is a great opportunity for an experienced Housing Options Officer who is confident managing complex homelessness cases and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision. The role: Managing a caseload of complex Housing Options and homelessness cases. Completing homelessness assessments in line with the Housing Act 1996 Part VII and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 . Producing and progressing Personalised Housing Plans . Making homelessness decisions and progressing cases through to resolution. Providing duty cover twice per week . Working through more challenging or longstanding cases and helping reduce caseload pressures within the service.
