Experience of assessing and responding to housing and homelessness approaches. Ability to accurately complete forms and maintain personal and statistical information, with a thorough understanding of accuracy, confidentiality and data handling. Good written and spoken English. A clear understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interviewing skills.
