Housing Options Advisor (temp: Solihull, West Midlands)

One of Adecco''s most improved public sector housing clients is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic car-driving Housing Options Advisor to join their team in Solihull (West Midlands). This temporary position is initially for three months and is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of those at risk of homelessness. If you are committed to providing high-quality customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you! This is a full time role for 37 hours each week (Monday to Friday), and candidates will ideally possess experience of temporary accommodation, too. In this role you will supports individuals and families at risk of homelessness by providing tailored advice and information at the first point of contact. You will be part of a customer facing service responsible for delivering an excellent customer focused Housing Options service which provides a wide range of quality advice and assistance to customers.
