You will assess housing needs, identify risks, provide tailored advice and develop practical solutions to help people secure suitable accommodation. Working collaboratively with landlords, letting agents, support services and partner organisations, you will help prevent homelessness, reduce the need for temporary accommodation and achieve positive outcomes for customers.
