You will assess housing needs, identify risks, provide tailored advice and develop practical solutions to help people secure suitable accommodation. Working collaboratively with landlords, letting agents, support services and partner organisations, you will help prevent homelessness, reduce the need for temporary accommodation and achieve positive outcomes for customers. Key Responsibilities Provide housing advice, initial assessments and triage for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Identify and take action to prevent eviction and homelessness, providing timely advice and appropriate referrals. Manage a varied caseload, ensuring decisions and interventions comply with relevant homelessness legislation and statutory guidance.
