The role will focus on interviewing and assessing homeless applicants, preventing homelessness through effective housing options and determining statutory duties under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of homelessness and prevention cases, provide statutory housing advice and explore suitable housing options for customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The role requires office attendance three days per week.
