Housing Options Advisor - North Northamptonshire CouncilOngoing contractLocation: NN15 7QXWorking Pattern: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from homeRate: £25-28 ph UmbrellaKey Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, providing advice, triage and assessment services.Manage a caseload of homelessness prevention and relief cases in accordance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance and council policies.Complete Full Housing Assessments (FHAs) and develop Personal Housing Plans (PHPs) to identify appropriate housing solutions.Provide tailored housing advice, landlord negotiation, mediation and tenancy sustainment support.Work collaboratively with internal teams, housing providers, landlords, support organisations and external agencies.
