Manage a caseload of homelessness prevention and relief cases in accordance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance and council policies. Complete Full Housing Assessments (FHAs) and develop Personal Housing Plans (PHPs) to identify appropriate housing solutions. Provide tailored housing advice, landlord negotiation, mediation and tenancy sustainment support. Work collaboratively with internal teams, housing providers, landlords, support organisations and external agencies.
