Key Responsibilities: Manage a patch of properties, ensuring tenancy compliance and delivering excellent customer service. Handle tenancy-related issues including ASB, rent arrears, safeguarding concerns, and tenancy sustainment. Conduct home visits, estate inspections, and tenancy audits. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to resolve complex cases. Support residents with advice and guidance on housing-related matters.
