Key Responsibilities Deliver an effective and customer-focused-housing management and tenancy service. Manage-rent arrears, including Housing Benefit and Universal Credit cases. Provide support around-financial inclusion and debt management. Manage-anti-social behaviour (ASB)-cases and work towards effective resolutions. Support-allocations and voids management, ensuring properties are managed efficiently. Build positive and professional relationships with residents and encourage effective tenancy engagement. Follow through-legal and tenancy enforcement proceedings, including representing PRHA at court where required. Attend and contribute to-external meetings-with partners, agencies and community stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for residents, providing advice, guidance and support. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy and neighbourhood issues.
