      <description>Location: London | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Temporary | I''m helping a well establised housing provider recruit for a Housing Officer position. Key Responsibilities  Deliver an effective and customer-focused housing management and tenancy service. Manage rent arrears, including Housing Benefit and Universal Credit cases. Provide support around financial inclusion and debt management. Manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases and work towards effective resolutions. Support allocations and voids management, ensuring properties are managed efficiently. Build positive and professional relationships with residents and encourage effective tenancy engagement. Follow through legal and tenancy enforcement proceedings, including representing PRHA at court where required. Attend and contribute to external meetings with partners, agencies and community stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact for residents, providing advice, guidance and support. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy and neighbourhood issues.
