      <description>Location: City | Salary: 23.00-23.00 Annual | Type: Contract | Housing Officer Location: Hybrid Working Contract: 6-Month Temporary Contract Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer on behalf of a well-established Housing Association. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing management team and make a positive impact within local communities. Key Responsibilities:  Managing a patch of residential tenancies. Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections. Managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy-related cases. Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and housing-related issues. Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective housing services.  Requirements:  Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Tenancy Officer role. Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy legislation. Excellent communication and case management skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
