This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing management team and make a positive impact within local communities. Key Responsibilities: Managing a patch of residential tenancies. Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections. Managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy-related cases. Supporting residents with tenancy sustainment and housing-related issues. Working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective housing services. Requirements: Previous experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, or Tenancy Officer role. Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy legislation. Excellent communication and case management skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
