You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across a designated patch, ensuring residents receive excellent support and customer service. Key responsibilities:Managing tenancy and estate issuesHandling ASB, nuisance and safeguarding casesConducting estate inspectionsManaging voids, viewings and tenancy sign-upsWorking closely with local authorities and partner agencies- Housing, customer service or tenancy management experience required- Strong communication and case management skills- Knowledge of social housing and housing legislation desirableInterested?
