Key Responsibilities:

££ Deliver excellent customer service and resolve tenancy-related enquiries
What We''re Looking For:
£ Previous experience in social housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management
£ Strong customer service and case management skills
£ Excellent communication and organisational abilities
£ Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
£ CIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
£ Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
