Working directly from the offices and estates, you''ll play a key role in ensuring residents receive an excellent service and that neighbourhoods remain safe, well-maintained and welcoming places to live.Our client is proud of its resident-focused approach and is looking for someone who shares that commitment to customer service, community engagement and effective tenancy management.Managing tenancy and neighbourhood-related matters across a designated patch.Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections.Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches.Supporting residents to sustain successful tenancies.Working closely with residents, contractors and partner agencies.Responding to resident enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Monitoring estate standards and helping drive improvements across the community.Identifying safeguarding concerns and making appropriate referrals where necessary.Please send your CV in the first instance with interviews scheduled for early next week. ..... full job details .....
