This is vital role in social housing, fostering positive relationships with residents and ensuring services are responsive, supportive, and effective.     In this full time, permanent role, you will oversee designated social housing neighbourhoods around the  North Kent area , ensuring adherence to tenancy conditions while achieving key service targets.      You will be a visible ambassador for the organisation, demonstrating integrity and respect while building constructive relationships across teams and communities.     This is a mobile role where you'll be travelling between your allocated neighbourhood and the HQ in Chatham.
