In this role you will manage a patch of tenancies and estates, providing a proactive and customer-focused housing management service to residents. Duties: Manage a patch of tenancies, leases and licences, providing day-to-day housing management. Handle anti-social behaviour cases and support resolution with residents and partners. Carry out estate inspections, tenancy checks and ensure properties are well managed. Deliver a responsive, customer-focused service, resolving queries and neighbourhood issues.
