Housing Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a local authority in Southwest London.In this role, you will deliver a proactive housing management service, supporting older residents to maintain safe, secure and sustainable tenancies.Duties:Manage tenancies and take appropriate enforcement action.Support vulnerable residents to sustain their tenancies.Inspect homes and communal areas and follow up on issues.Manage voids, lettings, contractors and resident engagement.Qualifications and Experience:Experience in tenancy and housing management.Experience supporting vulnerable or older residents.Experience conducting property and estate inspections.Experience managing voids, lettings and tenancy enforcement.What''s on offer:Salary: 30ph+ may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience Contract type: 5-6 months minimumHours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per weekHow to apply:Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
