Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:     Manage a designated patch of properties, providing effective tenancy and neighbourhood management services to residents.  Deliver a customer-focused housing management service, ensuring tenants are supported to sustain their tenancies successfully.  Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, working with residents, partner agencies, and internal teams to achieve appropriate resolutions.  Take appropriate enforcement action where required, including warnings, legal referrals, and case preparation.
