Housing Officer

Job responsibilities

We''re looking for candidates with housing experience who are confident dealing with customers, resolving problems and working with tenancy-related matters.

• Good understanding of tenancies and housing management

• Experience dealing directly with customers and resolving housing-related issues

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage cases effectively and work to deadlines

• Experience with lettings would be advantageous

• Knowledge or experience of court applications/possession proceedings would be a bonus

• A full driving licence and access to a car is ideally required, as the role may involve travelling between properties/locations

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to take on a short-term contract with an established organisation.
