We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Officer on a temporary basis, to match a patch of properties across Southampton and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a Housing Officer looking for an immediate start, with the flexibility of remote working combined with travel to your allocated patch. The Role As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality housing management service to residents, managing your allocated patch and working proactively to resolve tenancy and housing related matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a designated housing patch and maintaining positive relationships with residents. Carrying out tenancy and estate management duties. Conducting property visits and inspections as required. Dealing with tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and other tenancy-related issues. Supporting residents with housing-related enquiries.
