Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on 12 month Fixed Contract Contract situated in ManchesterThe role as Housing Officer will involve hybrid work 2-3 days at home/and or in the office As a Housing Officer your role will involve:- Providing a frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester- Dealing with Allocations and Lettings- Tenancy Sustainment - Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety- Environmental issues ie fly tipping, garden issues Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Housing Management experience You must have access to a car Only apply if you match the above criteria Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
