You''ll manage a portfolio of around 615 properties, delivering a high-quality service to residents across lettings, tenancy management, rent arrears, estate inspections and anti-social behaviour cases. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage relationships with residents, contractors and partner agencies. Key Responsibilities Manage tenancies, tenancy audits and resident enquiries. Handle lettings, voids, sign-ups and end-of-tenancy processes. Monitor rent arrears and take appropriate action to reduce rent loss. Manage anti-social behaviour cases from start to finish.
