This is a varied role that involves supporting residents, managing tenancies, addressing anti-social behaviour, and working closely with communities to ensure residents can sustain their tenancies and enjoy safe, thriving neighbourhoods. Key Responsibilities Manage a patch of residential properties and act as the main point of contact for residents. Conduct tenancy visits, estate inspections, and neighbourhood walkabouts.
