This temporary role offers 27.70/hr (Umbrella PAYE), plus access to training, career development, and 21 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays).The Housing Officer will deliver high-quality housing management services to tenants and leaseholders, ensuring council-owned properties and assets are maintained to a strong standard across multiple service areas. Please note that for this role you need to have a car, driving license and business insurance.Key Duties:Respond to enquiries professionally and within corporate timeframesProvide excellent customer service across tenancy and leasehold mattersMaintain accurate records and systems, including rent collectionCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve housing issuesSupport Council initiatives in training, governance, and health and safetyContribute to service improvement and value-for-money deliveryCandidate Profile:Strong grasp of housing legislation, welfare benefits, and tenancy managementExperience in housing services and diverse, fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of basic repairs, enforcement codes, and equality issuesSkilled ..... full job details .....
