Housing Officer Salary: £34,937.00 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time. Key Responsibilities Manage tenancies including new lettings, successions and assignments, supporting residents through changes in household circumstances. Monitor and manage rent accounts, taking appropriate action in line with arrears procedures where necessary. Oversee estate management, ensuring communities are safe, well-maintained and provide a positive living environment. Manage anti-social behaviour cases, working collaboratively with local partners and relevant agencies to resolve issues effectively.
