The Role: As a Housing Officer, you will take responsibility for a defined patch of general needs properties, ensuring effective tenancy management and delivering a responsive, resident-focused service. You will be responsible for: Managing a general needs housing patch and maintaining regular contact with residents. Managing tenancy matters from sign-up through to tenancy sustainment and, where necessary, enforcement. Dealing with rent arrears, tenancy breaches and other tenancy-related issues.
