With a significant programme of new-build homes coming forward, alongside an ongoing programme of vacant-property management, this is an exciting opportunity to join the team and play a key role in delivering high-quality housing services to local communities.   About the Housing Officer:  This is a-generic housing management role, covering Swansea and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will manage a varied tenancy caseload and provide support across the full tenancy lifecycle, including tenancy management, tenant engagement, neighbourhood issues, property visits and tenancy sustainment.  There will also be a strong focus on supporting the letting and occupation of new-build homes, as well as assisting with the wider vacant-property programme.
