The Role Manage a designated housing patch across Exeter, delivering excellent frontline housing services. Handle tenancy enquiries, permissions, sign-ups and property viewings. Investigate and manage tenancy breaches, including safeguarding concerns. Carry out estate inspections, ensuring neighbourhoods remain safe, clean and well-maintained. Work closely with residents, contractors and partner agencies to resolve issues. Support resident engagement and community development initiatives.
