What the Job Will Be Doing Delivering a high-quality housing management service across a patch of properties Managing tenancy and estate management issues, ensuring residents receive an effective and customer-focused service Carrying out regular estate and block inspections, identifying repairs, health and safety concerns and environmental issues Managing anti-social behaviour cases, safeguarding concerns, fly-tipping and tenancy breaches Supporting void and lettings processes to minimise turnaround times and maximise occupancy Working proactively to improve income collection and reduce rent arrears Investigating tenancy issues and preparing documentation for legal action and court where required Building strong relationships with residents, resident associations, local authorities and external partners Supporting vulnerable residents and signposting to relevant support agencies where appropriate Ensuring residents are actively engaged in decisions affecting their communities Maintaining accurate records and updating housing management systems Workin...
