You will manage tenancies from the beginning through to the end, along with the general management of sites in the patch, ensuring tenants are supported to sustain their tenancies and breaches of tenancy conditions are dealt with effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage tenancies and sites within a patch in accordance with policies and procedures, providing innovative solutions to issues. Resolve complex issues, including complaints and enquiries from elected members/MPs relating to tenancy and site matters.
