Applications without direct Housing Management experience cannot be considered.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive housing team, delivering frontline housing services and making a real difference to residents and communities.Role DetailsFull Time, 36 hours per week, Monday to FridayTemporary assignment for an initial 3 months with likely extension 22.41 per hour PAYE (or Umbrella equivalent)Hybrid working, typically 2 to 3 days on patch and in the office, with the remainder working from homeImmediate start availableIT equipment providedMileage and travel expenses reimbursed for visitsParking permit provided for estate inspections and resident visitsHousing patch of approximately 700 propertiesAbout the RoleAs a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, resident-focused housing management service across a designated patch.
