This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy housing management team during a peak period, with strong potential for the contract to be extended.Your new roleManage a designated housing patch, delivering a full tenancy management serviceAct as the main point of contact for tenants, dealing with a range of housing enquiriesManage rent accounts and arrears, taking appropriate action to support recoveryInvestigate and resolve anti-social behaviour cases in line with policyCarry out tenancy visits, estate inspections, and property checksSupport voids and allocations processes, ensuring minimal turnaround timesLiaise with repairs and maintenance teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with housing regulationsWork closely with internal teams and external partners to support tenancy sustainmentWhat you''ll need to succeedProven experience in a generic Housing Officer role within social housingStrong knowledge of tenancy management, arrears, and ASB processesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectivelyFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAvailable at short notice / immediatelyWhat you''ll get in returnImmediate opportunity within a busy and supportive teamStrong likelihood of contract ..... full job details .....
