Managing a diverse housing portfolio across the Midlands, the organisation is committed to creating safe, sustainable and thriving communities for its residents.   Your new role   As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality estate management service across a varied housing patch. You will work closely with residents, contractors and partner agencies to ensure neighbourhoods remain safe, well-maintained and welcoming.Key responsibilities will include:   Managing communal and external areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.  Overseeing grounds maintenance, cleaning contracts and estate improvement initiatives.
