Your new role     Managing a designated housing management patch  Conducting tenancy visits and estate inspections  Managing tenancy sustainment and support activities  Investigating anti-social behaviour complaints and taking appropriate action  Managing rent arrears and income recovery cases  Responding to tenancy-related enquiries and housing management issues  Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for tenants    What you''ll need to succeed     Previous experience working in a Housing Officer or Housing Management role  Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB and arrears recovery  Excellent communication and customer service skills  Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively  Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
