Your new company An established Housing Association is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in tenancy management and delivering high-quality housing services within a social housing environment.Your new role Managing a designated housing patch and acting as the primary contact for tenantsDelivering an effective tenancy management service, including tenancy sustainment and supportManaging anti-social behaviour cases and neighbour disputesConducting estate management inspections and property visitsDealing with tenancy changes, abandonments, succession requests and mutual exchangesSupporting rent arrears prevention and working closely with income teams where requiredEnsuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong tenant relationshipsLiaising with internal departments and external agencies to resolve housing-related issuesWhat you''ll need to succeed Previous experience working as a Housing Officer within a Housing Association or Local AuthorityStrong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management practicesExperience managing anti-social behaviour and complex tenancy casesExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage a varied caseloadDesirable: Experience using Homemaster housing management softwareWhat you''ll get in return Immediate start ..... full job details .....
