Think Recruitment are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a busy and supportive Housing team on a temporary basis.

This role will focus on providing a high-quality housing management service to tenants, ensuring that residents receive effective support and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a patch of properties and maintaining strong relationships with tenants
• Responding promptly to tenancy issues, complaints, and breaches
• Supporting residents with rent arrears, ASB cases, and tenancy sustainment
• Carrying out estate inspections and identifying areas for improvemen

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Housing Officer role in a Housing Association or Local Authority setting
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy agreements, and best practice
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
