Housing Officer - Part-Time (Bradford, 6-Month Contract)
We''re looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team in Bradford on a 6-month contract (ending March 2026). This is a part-time position, 22.5 hours per week (3 days), with potential for review following our planned merger in December.
What you''ll do:
Manage tenancy issues, with a strong focus on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and safeguarding.
Make appropriate referrals and build effective relationships with partner services.
Take ownership of your diary and workload - we trust you to manage your time without micromanagement.
Conduct regular visits across the Bradford patch (11 buildings, 58 units), usually one visit per week.
What we''re looking for:
Previous experience as a Housing Officer or ASB Officer.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
