Housing Officer - Part-Time (Bradford, 6-Month Contract)

We''re looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team in Bradford on a 6-month contract (ending March 2026). This is a part-time position, 22.5 hours per week (3 days), with potential for review following our planned merger in December.

• Manage tenancy issues, with a strong focus on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and safeguarding.

• Make appropriate referrals and build effective relationships with partner services.

• Take ownership of your diary and workload - we trust you to manage your time without micromanagement.

• Conduct regular visits across the Bradford patch (11 buildings, 58 units), usually one visit per week.

• Previous experience as a Housing Officer or ASB Officer.

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Location: Bradford (with a main office base in Nottingham)

• Contract: 6 months (until March 2026)

• Hours: 22.5 hours per week / 3 days
