Contract Duration: 5+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 18.12 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee housing services within the designated area.
• Work closely with residents to address housing needs and issues.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with various departments and agencies to facilitate housing solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to housing activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of housing properties.
• Provide advice and guidance to residents regarding housing options and services.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in a housing or property management role.
• Strong understanding of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
