Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and passionate Housing Officer for a temporary contract in leicester.

Position: Housing Officer
Type: Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: -2527 per hour via umbrella
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: leicester (Hybrid work arrangement)

Key Responsibilities as a Housing Officer:

• Provide comprehensive housing and estate management services
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners
• Ensure proactive management of estate and tenancy issues
• Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to maintain safe and secure homes
• Promote and facilitate community events to improve customer outcomes
• Address anti-social behaviour promptly and effectively
• Support customers with tenancy-related queries and change

Housing Officer Requirements:

• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and building constructive relationships
• previous experiance in a front facing tenant role
• Basic DBS clearance
• Full UK driving license
