The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies, ensuring properties are well managed, compliant and maintained to a high standard. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, good organisation and the ability to deal confidently with tenants, contractors and other professionals. Driving License is required. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly. Carry out regular property inspections and tenancy visits.
