Housing Officer
Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with our client based in the Chester area. This is a temporary role working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Overview: The role holder will be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service across a designated patch of over 55s properties. The successful candidate will provide effective tenancy management, build positive relationships with residents, and ensure customers receive an excellent housing service. Main Duties: Managing a designated patch of over 55s properties, delivering an effective housing and tenancy management service Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and delivering excellent customer service Carrying out tenancy management duties, including estate visits, inspections and resident engagement activities Investigating and resolving housing-related issues, complaints and tenancy matters in line with policies and procedures Ensuring properties and communal areas are maintained to a high standard, identifying and reporting any issues where required Maintaining accurate records and updating housing management systems in a timely manner Supporting service charge queries and scheme account processes where required Essential Criteria: Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within a housing or tenancy management role Strong knowledge of housing and tenancy management within a social housing environment Excellent communication, ..... full job details .....
