The patch will cover Croydon and Southwark Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management. Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers. Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment. Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability. Hours; Monday Friday 9am- 5pm Contract- Temporary ongoing contract up to 12 months to start ASAP Pay rate: £30.50ph UMBRELLA Permanent
